Tabletop conversations is a core feature of the exclusive Executive Coaching Program initiated by the Women Director Development Committee of CIoD Nigeria.

Female Senior Management and Board Level Executives will have an opportunity to talk about burning, trending and transformative issues in their leadership journey. Participants will be group coached in areas of clarity and moving to the next level among many.
