Whistle Blowing Policy of the Institute of Directors Nigeria.  

 The Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria has updated its whistle-blowing policy in furtherance of its drive to promote ethical behaviors and good corporate governance. This is in line with the changes recently made to the Institute's code of ethics handbook in section 6, pages 36-41.

All members are encouraged to download the revised policy and join the effort to stem the tide of unethical behaviors in our society.

The whistle-blowing policy is now being managed externally by a third-party organization, and this independent process was put in place by the Institute to ensure confidentiality, and integrity and to protect those filling the reports.
